Independent contractors are paid like a business and taxed like an individual. Most difficulty arises in the gap between those two facts. We manage deductions so that contractors receive regular payment advices and year-end PAYE summaries, and we carry the tax structuring and compliance that would otherwise fall to the vendor.

1. The structuring of taxes

   Reviewing how remuneration and fees are structured so that contractors make efficient use of tax legislation, and stay inside it.

2. Issuing of IRP5s

   Annual tax certificates issued to every contractor on the payroll, reconciled and submitted on schedule.

3. Monthly payment advice

   Regular payment advice with voluntary tax deductions (PAYE) applied, so there is no year-end surprise — and an annual tax certificate to match.

4. Tax clearance verification

   Verification of tax clearance on all tax matters, so contractors can prove their standing when a vendor or client asks for it.
